What are the shipping costs?

Can I collect my order in person?
No, our warehouse has no option for pickups.
Can you ship my item with something else?
No, we only ship with the items listed on the order with our discrete envelopes or packages.
How is my order packaged?
We package and send your order in a bubble wrapped envelope that fits through any normal post box. There is absolutely no visible sign or description on the packaging as to the contents of your order. If your products do not fit in such envelopes, we’ll use a stealth white cardboard box. The biggest orders are packed in a plain cardboard box.
Can someone see inside the packaging?

Can I ship my order insured?
Yes, that is possible. Make sure to notify us in the remarks field during checkout. Please refer to our delivery options page to see the costs. For more information send an email to us.
How is my order sent?
All orders are by default sent by Tour De Ville, Post NL or DHL but depending on the reach of these shippers this might change. The cannabis seeds are packed in a sturdy bubble envelope or parcel. You can’t tell from the exterior of the parcel that there are cannabis seeds inside. Only your name and the return address are on the package.
Can you send my order with UPS Express?
Yes we can send your order with UPS Express. Depending on the delivery address, this service has an extra charge of at least € 35,00. Please contact us via email if you have an express delivery.
To which countries do you deliver?
We send to most countries in the European Union and North America. We do not send seeds to countries where it is forbidden to trade in cannabis seeds, for example China and Russia. Check the legislation of the delivery address you have in mind before ordering, always obey your local laws. If you are not sure: prior to ordering, send an email to us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It can take anywhere between one to ten business days before your order is delivered. The duration of the shipment depends on the selected payment method, the distance to be covered and the processing speed of the postal service in your area. Credit card and Bitcoin payments are the quickest option, payments are processed in 1 day. Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days, do not forget to mention your order number. Cash payments depend on your way to send the cash. Due to the questionable security of sending cash by mail, we strongly recommend you to consider other payment options. What are the costs of returning the product?
Please check with your local post office or parcel service.
What address should I return the product to?
The return address is visible on our parcel.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Receiving, checking, deciding, communicating and, if approved, refunding a return takes 5 working days, starting the day we receive the return package.
My shipment hasn’t been delivered yet, what can I do?
Check the order confirmation you received by email to find out how to track your shipment. For more information about shipments send an email to us.
Can I return my products?
Seeds can be returned when the seal on the packaging is not damaged or broken, within two weeks after receiving them. No orders will be reimbursed if the packaging has been opened or damaged in any way. Email us with your return request clearly describing your order number, product you want to return and reason for the return within 10 workdays of receiving your parcel. Please note our return policy is not free of charge, customers are responsible for the shipping and fees.
