The above account-related data remains relevant as long as the customer is in possession of an account. Therefore, this data remains documented as long as the account exists. 1.2 NEWSLETTERS

In order to provide appropriate support, our customer service representatives have access to account-related information (contract execution). This allows us to make our customer service better and more user-friendly. The data you provide via our contact form is processed by our CRM provider. Our customer service will only use your data to respond to your message(s). We keep correspondence with customer service as long as you are an active customer. This way we can help you faster and more accurately next time. Telephone conversations are not used for training purposes and are therefore not recorded or stored. We can store private messages via social media (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) for a maximum of 6 months.

WEB ANALYSIS SERVICE (ANONIMIZED DATA)
On this website we have integrated part of a web analysis service (with the anonymization function). COURIER SERVICE
To complete deliveries, we use a courier service. This takes care of the transport between our company and the customer's address. To make this logistically possible, we need access to certain information. Remember the customer's name and address.
MAILING SERVICE
At Keraseeds we use an external mail service provider to send the newsletter. The provider has access to limited account information, related to opt-in consent (for example: email address). A processing agreement has been concluded with this external email provider to guarantee your privacy. This states, among other things, what measures have been taken to guarantee the highest level of data protection and the type of personal data to which the agreement relates, as well as the duration, purpose and nature of the processing.
MARKETING SERVICES
Keraseeds is supported by a company specialized in marketing and communication activities. Access to personal information is very limited for them and the information is largely anonymous. Where necessary, a processing agreement has been concluded with all external marketing support services.
PAYMENT SERVICES
At Keraseeds we use third party payment services to complete transactions (example: credit card payments).
ARTICLE 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take necessary precautions and follow industry best practices. In this way we ensure that the data is not wrongly lost or misused, opened, disclosed, changed or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure sockets layer technology (SSL). It is stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Account-related information is protected with a hash function. This converts data into a generated hash. This protects sensitive information so that it is not visible even to us. In addition, our databases are exceptionally well protected against unauthorized persons. For example, access to the database is only possible and permitted with approved IP addresses (for example those of Keraseeds' head office). Other attempts and addresses will be rejected at all times. When you make a purchase, the security of your credit card information is guaranteed by the payment processors we use for your credit card payment. We do not collect credit card information or store any information about your credit card in our system. In addition, data is anonymized as much as possible. So they cannot be directly linked to a specific customer. However, we can use the data for market research and analysis. Furthermore, relevant third parties (for example the mailing service) are screened prior to our collaboration. They also comply with the GDPR and are bound by a processing agreement. Within Keraseeds, employees have specific access rights. This allows them to access only the information needed to complete a task.
Digital security measures are subject to change and must meet high standards to ensure the safety of online customers. That is why we have appointed a security manager at Keraseeds. Periodic monitoring and improvement of security measures (if necessary) is part of that function.
